Camera Hack Ver. 1.2

Whats new in v. 1.2 on 4/19/04?
*Added ability to use Joystick/Controller Input
*Added ability to use while in Cockpit view
*Added \'Change Mode\' hotkey (this only works in the chase view)
*Added two modes for chase view (Locked, or Not Locked)
*Added a \'Change View\' hotkey (this allows you to use the \'damage cam\' or
replay camera while playing it also doubles as a change view button for
replays and allows you to change your view in expert mode)
*Added \'Change Preset\' hotkey (this will increment to the next preset,
useful for joysticks)
*Added ability to Toggle Camera Clipping (this is also saved with a preset)
*Fixed Camera Roll (not weird anymore)
*10 programmable presets for both Cockpit view and Chase view
*Removed \'Use on Replays\' checkbox
*Look Left/Right/Back has been improved
